Intercessory Prayer

OUR MISSION
By faith, we will humbly approach God in prayer through the power of His Holy Spirit interceding on behalf of others.  Our mission is to develop and raise-up mature intercessory prayer partners, equipping each to be ready to pray on behalf of NBCC Pastors, Church Leaders, Church family, and the Community.  We will encourage spiritual growth of the church through prayer, petition, supplication, and intercession.  2 Chronicles 7:14

OUR PURPOSE
To provide support to the Pastors. Ministries, Church, and Community through intercessory prayer and actively encourage the practice of prayer, encouraging each to make prayer a lifestyle in order to cultivate a deep and personal relationship with the Lord.  Philippians 4:6

OUR VISION
The body of believers will use the power and practice of prayer to combat spiritual warfare and to cultivate a close and personal relationship with God to know Him more intimately.  As we take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God and pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.  With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for the Lord’s people. Ephesians 6:17-18

1 Timothy 2:1-2
First of all, then I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all the people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.

2 Chronicles 7:14
14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Philippians 4:6
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
